Job Title: HR Officer
Activities
- Coordinate with Head of Training/Career and the Career Advisers to ensure that the training and development programmes are tailored to suit the Projects needs.
- Coordinate the mentoring scheme in the Project. In conjunction with Head of Unit, liaise with Heads of - Departments and Line managers to establish training needs of all Nigerian personnel.
- Organize the mobilization, transfer and demobilization of company staff.
- Update the Organisation Chart during the different phases of the project and as mobilization decisions are made by management.
- Administer HR Database : maintenance and verification of system functionality records, input of HR & Admin data for all personnel on the project, prepare and issue reporting and statistics when required.
- Report regularly to the Head of HR / Administration on all related matters.
- Carries out any other assignments as given by the Line Manager.
Qualification / Experience Required
- Bachelor degree in Social Sciences or related.
- 5 years relevant experience in HR or administrative role.
- Good command of Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes, Visio Basic.
- Fluent in English. French is advantage
