A recognized shipping agent acting as a leading player in the Nigerian Maritime Sector is looking to recruit a Sales Executive.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling services rendered
within the shipping industry to existing and prospective customers as
well as advice on new business ideas and new customer targets.
He/She will report to the Business Development Manager.
The position is based in Lagos.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the sales of company’s products
Maintain good relationship with the customers
Generating precise sales report.
Institute plans and strategies to gain new customers while retaining the existing ones
Increase and maintain customer intimacy through strategic, tactical and
operational customer relationship management based on a clear
understanding of customer’s needs, vision and strategy
Provide detailed updates and forecasts on changes in client and
competitor status and activity to ensure that business opportunities are
fully exploited
Achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company goals
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Must have a graduate degree.
Must be commercially astute.
Must possess good computer skills (Excel, Word)
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Must be confident, intelligent and result oriented
Good command over written and spoken English
