Qualifications
The applicants must possess all the followings

• A good honors degree in an Engineering related discipline
• Must be a member of COREN or CORBON
• Must not be less than 35 years old
• Must have at least 8 years experience in the construction industry, of which 5 years must be in a similar position
• Must have managed projects of over two billion naira and above and staff strength of not less than 200
• Must possess a good knowledge of all aspect of project management and tools
• Must have ability to develop efficient working relation with Employer and Consultants.
