As part of its drive ambition to expand grow, it is now seeking to recruit a strategically minded certified and highly experienced CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER. This a Senior Management role and the successful candidate will work closely with the MD/CEO and the Management team and will be responsible for ensuring :
Effective and seamless end to end operational process management ad improvement
Full alignment of operational process with approved guideline (Control & Compliance)
Achievement of set operational and efficiency targets (around NPL’s and CIR’s)
Development of peculiar operational frameworks in various locations across the country and beyond
Implementation and management of key planning and policy matters

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Mature and dynamic men and women
Must have extensive sales experience across Nigeria and other African countries. As well as operational experience in a retail setting
Minimum of 10 years experience in similar role t 5 years at senior levels
CIBN, ICAN or any other financial related qualification will be an added advantage
