Main Purpose of the Job:
Ensure effective and efficient operation of the organization and reports to the board of directors through the Group Chairman.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Production Planning and scheduling
b. Managing on-going process and production capability improvement
c. Agree on delivery timetables with the Board and staff
d. Train internal employees
e. Develop annual budgets and targets
f. Responsible for all disciplinary matters for all staff
g. Investigate and manage all internal grievances
h. Manage, develop and motivate teams to achieve corporate objectives
Qualifications:
A minimum of a university degree or equivalent in agriculture or related fields and relevant work experience of at least 5-20 years in similar role.
