Job Description:
Reporting to the Registrar/CEO, your main responsibility will be to provide strategic direction and leadership to the Consultancy and Research Business unit.
Requirements
A minimum of a research based Masters Degree in any relevant Social
Science discipline possession of a PhD will be an advantage
At least 7 years proven Research and Consultancy experience from a
reputable organization, with a minimum of 3 years managing a team.
Excellent skills in project Management, interpersonal relations,
communication (both written and verbal), IT Literacy and an ability to
manage diverse teams are critical to success in the role.
Membership of a professional Institute.
