Job DescriptionReporting to the Quality Operations Manager, the incumbent will be expected to provide rheological and microbiological data in raw materials, in-process and finished products.
Requirements
- Candidates are expected to possess B.Sc/M.Sc Food Science & Technology and membership of NIFST.
- The successful candidate must be organized, reliable and resourceful with good interpersonal/problem solving skills and exceptional degree of sustained creativity.
- He / She should also possess 5 years cognate R&D experience in Food & Allied Industry, research institute or academia and have a working knowledge of HACCP.
