Job Description
- The incumbent will be expected to ensure that products are manufactured to meet food safety standards in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and company quality standards,
- implement QA systems related to receiving of raw and packaging materials as well as QA systems related to finished goods.
- He / She will also review progress and work collaboratively to achieve objectives regarding food safety, compliance to company quality requirements and plant-specific quality improvement plans and facilitate technical development through quality and risk assessment tools to strengthen and improve quality planning.
- Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc in Food technology or a related field,
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in the FMCG industry,
- Sound knowledge of HACCP and GMP's, experience in High Risk Manufacturing will be an advantage.
