VACANCY MANAGING DIRECTOR ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS MANUFACTURING & SALES ORGANIZATION Our client, a part of an internationally active Industrial Group with substantial interest in Manufacturing and Marketing of high quality electrical products, seeks the services of a suitably qualified lead as Managing Director for a newly created subsidiary.
The MD will be responsible for efficient deployment of all organizational resources towards attaining and sustaining excellent customer service delivery
PERSON SPECIFICATIONS
BSC degree (2nd Class minimum) in Science/Social Science or Engineering
Cognate experience of no less than 12 years, 5 of which must have been at management level
Work experience in the power sector will be a distinct advantage
Capability in preparing and operating business plans and capital budgets
Mature individual with proven track record of effective team co-ordination and leadership
Experience in work within multinational companies
High level personal integrity and commitment to excellence
